【工作內容】
- 負責化驗室的整體運營和管理，包括設備維護、人員培訓及日常運作；
- 制定并執行實驗室的安全規范和操作流程，確保實驗過程的安全性和準確性；
- 管理化驗室的預算，合理規劃資源使用，確保成本控制在預算范圍內；
- 定期對化驗數據進行分析，并向相關部門提供專業報告，為產品改進提供科學依據；
- 與供應商、客戶及外部檢測機構保持良好的溝通與合作，確保業務順利進行；
- 監督和指導化驗員的工作，提升團隊整體技術水平和工作效率。
【任職要求】
- 化學、生物或相關專業本科及以上學歷，具有化驗室管理工作經驗者優先；
- 熟悉化驗室的各項標準操作程序（SOP），具備良好的質量控制意識；
- 具備優秀的組織協調能力和團隊管理能力，能夠激發團隊潛力；
- 良好的溝通技巧，能有效解決工作中遇到的各種問題；
- 工作認真負責，注重細節，能夠承受一定的工作壓力；
- 持有相關資格證書者優先考慮。
