Purpose of the position：
‐ The role is to identify and implement instrument solutions that result in continuous improve of LLH CN plant and equipment and are consistent with Linde's global strategies and standards. The role includes maintenance and support of existing control system, and equipment. To share the global best operation practice and work with the plant engineer to analysis gaps, make plan of improvement to achieve best operation in LLH CN. The role needs to identify and implement some electrical solutions.
Principal responsibilities：
‐ Ensure a safe working environment for all activities on sites.
‐ Ensure site has effective rule and security arrangement for instrumentation and control systems, according to The Linde Group and RGC standards & regulations, integrate in overall site policy.
‐ Maintain instruments and DCS by implementing PM, CM and CBM, according to Linde standard and regulations.
‐ Identify shortcomings in existing regulatory instrument (control) system and implement improvement
‐ Support for remote operation implementation in LLH CN based on best operation practice
‐ Manage control system hardware and software records and ensure that updated information keep in RGC Instrument & Process Control team
‐ Auditing of instrument (control) system
‐ Ownership of typical software blocks
‐ Provide technical support for the new projects in LLH CN. Develop specification and protocols, control and software configuration, testing and commissioning of new assets as necessary to be ready to take over, support of the assets post commissioning
‐ Support and fallback position in the event of an emergency
‐ Closely work with site maintenance engineer to improve plant reliability (Instrument, control system and electrical system)
‐ Train site persons and maintenance engineer based on new technology development
‐ Support to develop and improve SAP system in LLH CN

Required key skills (functional/technical)：
- Good knowledge of SIEMENS S5, S7 and PCS7 control system
- Good knowledge of Wonderware InTouch
- Good knowledge of other control systems, such as Yokogawa, Honeywell, Ifix and Foxboro
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to deliver effective innovative solution
- Good oral and written communication skills

Required qualifications/experience：
‐ Minimum of 3 years experience in process control
‐ University degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrument and Process Control Engineering
